Our door became jambed and we didn't feel it was safe. Our technition Brandon was prompt and courtious. He walked me through the inspection and provided us an itemized estimate with clear explinations on what he thought were must do and what we could wait to do. Throughout the entire visit he was polite and he kept the house and are clean. When the time comes for another service or replacement will absolutely use Percision Door again.

Garage door spring broke at 6am. I contacted Precision Garage Door at 6:30am and they had the garage door completely repaired by noon. Cameron Ware was my technician and he completed a full inspection of the door, opener, rails and bearings with me. I opted to replace the bearings and cable drums with the springs since they were clearly worn and were original parts over 35 years old. Cameron replaced all parts and reattached garage door to opener very professionally, then ensured the area was clean. Also received a 2 year warranty at no additional cost. Very pleased.

Justin was truly professional…I received messages two days prior to his visit, the morning of his visit and when he was about 20 minutes out. He conducted a detail inspection of my door, checked my motor, and inspected my springs as well. He showed me the old rollers and pointed out my problem. As he was completing my bill he noticed that I was a veteran and included the veterans discount. This is my third time using Precision and I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the quality of the service I received.

I first contacted Precision Garage Door using their online appointment system, which was very easy to utilize. After making the appointment, I received several messages and emails verifying my scheduled appointment. The technician, Hunter, was very helpful in offering several options to repair the problem with the door sensors. He replaced them in about 30 minutes with more updated sensors which should solve the problem. He offered pricing on a number of optional repairs that we may need in the future. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The repairs were reasonably priced and should resolve the issue we were experiencing. I will use them again when needed.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish. Had a failed torsion spring over a weekend and scheduled an appointment online at the next open window. Hunter arrived on time, introduced himself, explained the process in detail at all steps of the inspection and repair and provided multiple options. He completed the repairs very quickly and efficiently and was incredibly polite and professional. The door now works and is running quieter than before. Its already a bad day when you call Precision because it means one of your garage doors is having an issue; such was the case last Monday when I got home and saw one of the springs was busted. I jumped on their website and had an appointment within minutes; when I had to call later in the week and request a change, they accommodated me right away. I was pleased to find out that Precision now serves the northern Virginia area. I have properties in Virginia Beach and Myrtle Beach, and have had Precision install and maintain my garage doors.
